What We Can Do For You
We craft and then provide fully detailed and organized residential Architectural plans that are submit-ready for the city or county officials. We are more than willing and happy to provide support along this journey.
Site Plans:
A top-down view of your property, streets/ alleys, and any new or existing buildings.There may also be details about landscaping, driveways, patios/ decks, electrical/plumbing, or other design features.
Floor Plans:
A top-down cut-view of the interior of each floor of your project. Full room and exteriordimensions, notes, details, window and door locations, stair placement and riser/runnotes. This also includes the basement/ foundation level as well.
Elevations:
A straight-on and flat render of each side of the building’s exterior. Interior views mayalso be needed or requested depending on the complexity of the project.
Building Sections:
A cross-cut view of the building, that better shows the physical make-up and featuresrequired to construct the building. This vertical slice helps show how things should beput together, and how the different levels of the building transition.
Details:
These smaller cross-cuts show intricate and specialized views into the more complexareas of the building’s construction. Many are usually needed to better showconnections and construction where Building Section’s lack the needed detail.
